We're pleased to share that we've recently relocated our hearing aid clinic to a new office in Halifax! We would love to invite you to stop by and check out our new space. Whether you're curious about hearing health, interested in learning more about hearing aids, or simply want to meet our team, you're always welcome.

What's Happening
- Free Hearing Aid Cleaning & Check: Wayne will be offering complimentary hearing aid cleanings and checks. Just drop in—no appointment needed.
- Coffee, Tea & Homemade Cookies: Stay for a visit. We'll have refreshments ready.
- Free Hearing Test: Schedule a free hearing test (appointment required).
Please note: While you can drop in for a visit and a hearing aid check, free hearing tests require a scheduled appointment.
Meet the Team

Nicolle Berggren
Administrator
Nicolle was born and raised in beautiful Nova Scotia and graduated with high honours from Nova Scotia Community College, where she studied Office Information Technology. Since then, she’s built a solid career in office management, working in both retirement communities and the hearing care industry.
She’s known for being super organized—always armed with a checklist and ready to tackle anything that comes her way. Nicolle brings a kind, thoughtful approach to her work, along with a strong work ethic that makes her a reliable and supportive team member.
When she’s not at work, Nicolle loves spending time with her son, Colton. You’ll often find her cheering him on from the sidelines at soccer games. She also enjoys camping, traveling, and catching up with family and friends whenever she can.

Laura MacNeil, M.Sc.
Audiologist
Laura was born in Cape Breton and grew up in small-town New Brunswick. Her interests were always varied and she enjoyed learning as much as she could. She studies biology at St. Francis Xavier University and languages at Dalhousie. She returned to Dal to complete her Master of Science in Audiology and has been working in the Halifax area ever since.
Laura loves learning about her clients so she can personalize their experiences and address each client's unique needs. She is currently a member of the Nova Scotia College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language and Audiology Canada. When she’s not at work, she loves reading, painting and spending time with family and friends-cooking for them every chance she gets.

Do I need to book an appointment?
Not to see the new space, enjoy refreshments, or for hearing aid cleanings with Wayne. These are all drop-in. A free hearing test does require an appointment.
Is the hearing aid cleaning really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation.
Can I book a full hearing test while I'm there?
Yes. If you'd like to schedule your free hearing test, just ask our team.
